Follow a Simple 4-Week Plan Built for the Menopause Belly

...even if you eat the same, move more than ever, and your middle keeps growing anyway.

Playing on mute. Tap the video for sound.

Imagine...

  1. Wednesday

A plate you know how to make anywhere

A woman in her late fifties at her kitchen counter sizing a dinner plate against her own open hand, smiling

It's Wednesday evening. You glance at your hand and build dinner: a palm of protein, two fists of vegetables, a cupped hand of something starchy. No scale, no counting, no app. Just a plate you know how to make, even at a diner on a road trip.

  2. 3 a.m.

    A wake-up that has a plan

The same woman sitting up in bed at night by a dim lamp, writing one line on a small notepad and breathing out slowly

You're wide awake again. This time you don't reach for the clock. You breathe in for 4 and out for 6, jot the worry on the notepad by the bed, and you know exactly what to do next.

  3. Tuesday

A rough day that still counts

The same woman at her kitchen table after a bad night, rubbing a sore knee while ticking a box on a printed tracker sheet, walking shoes beside her chair

Tuesday falls apart. Bad night, sore knees, nothing left in the tank. You open the Bad-Day Plan, do one short video or a 10-minute walk, and tick the box. It still counts. One rough day stops being the day you give up.

Have you ever tugged at a waistband that used to fit, or caught your side in the mirror, and thought:

"I eat the same. I move more. So why is my belly still growing?"

You did what you were told. You walked a little more. You cut back at dinner. Maybe you even tried the crunches, because the video swore they would "melt" belly fat.

The same woman side-on in front of a bedroom mirror, tugging at the waistband of her jeans with a puzzled, tired look

So you asked around. A relative said eat less. A forum said fast. A friend swore by a detox tea. Your doctor had 5 minutes and a full waiting room.

Every one of those told you what to cut. None of them showed you what to do, in what order, on an ordinary Tuesday. And all of them were built for the body you had at 35.

So you started over. Again. On Monday. And a quiet thought crept in:

"Maybe this is just what happens now, and nothing I do will matter."

But what if...

  • It isn't that you're not trying hard enough.
  • It isn't that you need to eat even less.

It's that you've been playing by the old rules... and your body changed them around menopause. Three real things moved.

Fat moves to a new address

As estrogen falls, the body tends to store more of its fat around the belly instead of the hips and thighs.

Muscle slips away

From midlife on we lose a little every year unless we use it. Protein and daily movement keep it.

Sleep gets lighter

After a short night most of us feel hungrier and want sweeter food. Every good habit gets harder.

The same woman at her kitchen table with a friend who rests a hand on her arm, both laughing with relief

You can learn the new rules. They fit in one order, one small change a week.

Your 4-week plan

  1. Week 1

    Protein at breakfast

A palm of protein first thing, so you're not starving by eleven.

  2. Week 2

    Half a plate of vegetables

Fill the plate, and swap one sugary habit a day.

  3. Week 3

Walk after meals, close the kitchen

A short walk after lunch and dinner. Evenings get quieter.

  4. Week 4

Sleep, stress and putting it together

Better nights, a calmer head, and all 5 habits working at once.

The same woman and her friend walking side by side along a quiet street at dusk after dinner

Every day has 4 lines: what to eat, your walk, today's video and one small habit. Tick it off on the tracker.

All you need is a kitchen, a pair of walking shoes and 28 days. And here I am. I'll go through it with you, one small change at a time.

I post a new follow-along every day. This book is everything that happens around it.

The workout is half an hour of your day. The other 23 and a half hours decide a lot: breakfast, the walk after dinner, how you slept, the cookie jar at 4 in the afternoon.

So movement in this plan is simple. Every day says the same thing: today, any June video. Short day, short video. Good day, longer one.

The same woman in her living room doing a gentle standing march with a hand on a chair, a blurred video on the television behind her

The Menopause Belly Plan on a computer, a tablet and a phone

Introducing The Menopause Belly Plan

4 weeks. One small change at a time. Everything for the 23 and a half hours around your workout.

  • Instant download. Your links arrive by email in minutes.
  • PDF and EPUB, in large print. Easy on the eyes. Print it if you like paper.
  • Phone, tablet or computer. Take the shopping lists to the store.
  • Yours to keep. One payment. No subscription.

Here's what's inside

The contents page of The Menopause Belly Plan
Page 3. The contents: six parts, from why your middle changed to what to do when the scale won't move.

Part 1: Understand. See why your middle changed.

Before any plan, you get a clear picture of what happens around menopause, so every habit comes with a reason you believe in. It is short. You read it once.

  • Fat moves to a new address. Why the belly gets more than its share, even when the scale barely moves.
  • Discover how muscle slips away a little each year, and what keeps it.
  • See how lighter sleep and long stretches of stress turn up the hunger and the cravings.
  • The straight word on crunches, detox teas and shakes, so you spend your money on food instead.
  • The 5 plain habits the whole plan is built on, and an honest word about expectations.
Page 14: your hand is your measuring cup
Page 14. Your hand is your measuring cup.

Part 2: Eat. Build a good plate anywhere.

No calorie counting. You learn the shape of a good plate, so a diner, your daughter's kitchen or a road trip never throws you.

  • Protein at every meal, breakfast included, with a list of what counts and how much.
  • Your hand is your measuring cup: palm, fist, cupped hand and thumb.
  • How to make 12 simple swaps, one a day, from sweet cereal to Friday takeout.
  • What to drink, how to handle alcohol, and a plan for the 4 p.m. slump.
  • The evening trick called closing the kitchen, plus a full day on a plate.
Page 19: why walking works
Page 19. Why walking works, and how the after-meal walk starts.

Part 3: Walk and rest. Add the two easiest habits.

A walk after meals and a calmer night cost nothing and fit into any day. You pick up both here, step by small step.

  • The after-meal walk, with a walking ladder that starts at 10 minutes.
  • How to do the 3-and-3 walk: 3 easy minutes, then 3 a little brisker.
  • A 6-step evening routine. You only need to pick 3.
  • Your 3 a.m. wake-up plan: a slow-breath count, a notepad by the bed and when to get up.
  • Notes on hot flashes and caffeine, and the 20-second three-breath reset.
Page 28: Days 1 to 4 of the 4-week plan
Page 28. Days 1 to 4 of the plan. Four lines a day.

Part 4: Follow. Take it one day at a time.

28 days, laid out for you. Every day has 4 lines, so you never have to wonder what to do.

  • Eat: one recipe or idea for the day, built on your plate.
  • Walk: your after-meal walk, a little longer as the weeks go on.
  • Move: any one of my follow-along videos, in whatever length fits your day.
  • Habit: one small thing to practice, like a water bottle on the counter.
  • Missed a day? Do the next one. No doubling up and no starting over.
Page 60: sheet-pan salmon with green beans and potatoes
Page 60. Sheet-Pan Salmon with Green Beans and Potatoes.

Part 5: Cook. Make 16 everyday recipes.

Every recipe has protein in it, and everything comes from a regular supermarket. Every week comes with a shopping list that takes the guesswork out of the store.

  • 16 recipes: 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 6 dinners and 2 snacks.
  • 9 of the 16 are built on eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, chickpeas and lentils, with no meat or fish.
  • The big-batch ones: a soup that covers 3 lunches and a frittata that makes 4 breakfasts.
  • A June's tip on every recipe, and short steps in large print.
  • A cupboard-basics list: buy these once and they see you through the month.
Page 83: when the scale won't move
Page 83. Why the scale fibs, and the plateau checklist.

Part 6: Bounce back. When the scale won't move.

Plateaus and rough days happen to everyone. This part tells you what to check first and what to do next, so one bad week never ends the plan.

  • Why the scale fibs, and better signs to watch, like your belt notch and the stairs.
  • The plateau checklist: 10 honest questions to go through before you change anything.
  • Cravings, eating out, holidays and bad nights, with what to do at the very next meal.
  • The Bad-Day Plan: 7 simple rules, from the 10-minute rule to "I missed a week".
  • A short list of the signs to call your doctor about.

Why you'll pay only $17

The Menopause Belly Plan is a digital book. There's no printing, no shipping and no warehouse, so none of that cost lands on you.

And I'd rather this book end up in a lot of hands than sit at a price that makes you think twice. Many of the women who move with me watch every dollar. I never want this plan to feel out of reach.

So for the launch, it's $17. This is the launch price. When the launch bonus ends on November 7, the price goes to $27. Order now and you pay $17, one time.

And you have 30 days to try it. If it's not for you, I'll give it back.

Why an e-book works better for this plan

We could have printed it and posted it. Here's why we didn't.

It's in your hands in minutes

No waiting on a delivery truck. Start Week 1 tomorrow morning.

Bigger when you need it

The type is already large. On a phone or tablet you can make any page bigger with a pinch.

It comes to the store with you

Your weekly shopping lists live on your phone, so there's nothing to leave on the kitchen counter.

Print what you like

The trackers and fridge sheet are made to print. Put the Daily Six on the fridge door, and the plan does the reminding.

The same woman sticking the printed Daily Six sheet onto her refrigerator door with a magnet
The Daily Six, printed for the fridge door.

Want it all on paper? Print the PDF at home or at an office store.

Got more questions? I got you:

Do I need to be fit, or a good cook?

Not at all. Movement is any one of my videos, in whatever length fits your day, and every video is standing with no floor work and no jumping. The recipes use short steps and ordinary supermarket food.

How much time does it take each day?

The plan is mostly things you already do: eat, walk, sleep. Add a 10-minute walk after your biggest meal, a video of any length, and one small habit. Short day, short video.

Do I have to count calories?

No. I don't count them and I won't ask you to. You learn what a good plate looks like, then build it anywhere: at home, at your daughter's, at a diner on a road trip.

Does the book teach exercises?

The movement in the plan is always the same: any one of my follow-along videos, which are free on YouTube. I post a new one every day. The book is everything that happens around them.

How much weight will I lose?

I won't promise you a number, because nobody honestly can. Every body is different, and medicines, sleep and stress all play a part. What I can give you is a plan you'll actually keep, and that's what makes change possible.

I have a health condition. Can I use it?

Please check with your doctor before you change how you eat or move, especially if you have diabetes, heart or kidney concerns, take medicine, or have been given eating advice. If your doctor's advice and the book ever disagree, follow your doctor. Bring the book along.

I don't eat meat. Will it work for me?

Yes. 9 of the 16 recipes have no meat or fish, and the protein list includes eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, beans, lentils and tofu.

What do I get, and is it a one-time payment?

One payment of $17 gets you a large-print PDF you can read on any screen or print at home, an EPUB for e-readers. Order before the launch bonus ends and you also get The Evening Reset as an MP3. Right after checkout you get an email with your download links, usually within minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or promotions tab, then write to me and I'll send it over by hand.

Can I get a printed copy?

You can print the PDF yourself, all of it or just the trackers, at home, at a library or at an office store. The trackers and fridge sheet are made to be printed.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Email support@juneellis.shop within 30 days of purchase and you get every dollar back. No questions asked, and you keep the book.

Need help? support@juneellis.shop
