The short version

I need your email address to send you what you bought. I don't sell it, I don't trade it, and you can ask me to delete it.

What I collect

When you buy, I receive your email address, the name you give at checkout, and a record of what you bought and when. Your card details go to the payment provider shown at checkout, not to me. I never see a card number.

What I use it for

Sending you the files, answering you when you write, and keeping the record of the sale that tax and accounting rules require.

Who else sees it

The payment provider handles the payment and the email with your download links. Whoever hosts this site sees the ordinary request logs any web server keeps. Nobody gets your details for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

Your email address stays on the buyers list so I can send the files again if you lose them, and tell you when the book is updated. Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require.

What you can ask me for

A copy of what I hold about you, a correction, deletion of everything that isn't a tax record, or simply to stop emailing you. Write to support@juneellis.shop.

Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits, video plays and clicks on the buy buttons, which sets a small first-party cookie. It runs no advertising pixel and never sells your data. The checkout sets whatever it needs to take a payment safely.
